Cancellation Policy
Guidelines for cancelling education fee payments made through our platform.

At CaishenEduPay (a service by CAISHEN INSTA SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED), we facilitate online education fee payments between parents/students and Educational Institutions. This Cancellation Policy explains when a payment can be cancelled and who is responsible for handling such requests.
1. Cancellation Responsibility: Platform vs. Institution
- CaishenEduPay Responsibility: We can only cancel payments that are still in a Pending or Failed state due to technical issues and have not reached the Educational Institution.
- Institution Responsibility: Once a fee payment is successfully credited to the Educational Institution, any cancellation (including course withdrawal, fee structure change, or accidental payment) must be requested directly from the institution. CaishenEduPay cannot cancel a completed payment.
2. Eligibility for Cancellation (Platform Level)
A payment is eligible for cancellation by CaishenEduPay only if:
- The transaction is still processing and has not been confirmed as successful.
- The amount has not yet reached the Educational Institution.
- The cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of initiating the payment.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To request cancellation of an eligible transaction, please email our support team at sumanth.atfu@gmail.com with the following information:
- Subject: “Cancellation Request: Transaction ID [Your_Transaction_ID]”.
- Name of the student and registered email/phone number.
- Reason for cancellation.
Our team will review the transaction status and confirm whether cancellation is possible. If eligible, the cancellation will be processed within 48 hours.
4. Non-Cancellable Scenarios
CaishenEduPay cannot cancel a payment in the following cases:
- Successful Payments: Once the institution receives the fee.
- User Mistake: Wrong student ID, wrong institution, or incorrect amount entered.
- Institution Rules: If the institution’s policy does not allow cancellation.
- Service charges or convenience fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
5. Changes to This Policy
CaishenEduPay may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be notified through email or published on our website, along with the updated date.
